He is one of the Responsible Officers and a member of the advisory committee of the REIT Manager. He is principally responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisitions or investments and for investor relations activities of Spring REIT.
Prior to joining Spring Asset Management Limited, He was a senior fund manager and responsible officer of a fund management company, where he was involved in launching an absolute-return Asia ex-Japan equity fund. Previously, He was a fund manager of another fund house and was actively involved in the day-to-day portfolio management of its absolute-return Asia ex-Japan equity fund. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, performing statutory audit works for companies in Hong Kong and mainland China.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and is a CFA charterholder.

As General Manager of MIBJ Consulting (Beijing), she oversees the asset management operations for Beijing CCP and Huizhou Huamao Place. With extensive experience in the real estate management sector, she has consistently contributed to maintaining and enhancing the value of Spring REIT’s real estate portfolio.
Prior to joining in September 2024, she served as Senior Vice President at Keppel Capital, where she was involved in portfolio management operations for China. Before that, she was responsible for asset management operations at Ping An Real Estate and Bank of China Investment.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Trade from Beijing Jiaotong Universit and completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) program at Leiden Business Academy.

After working at Japan NCR, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Members, Softbank, and CrowdWorks, he joined Mercuria Investment in 2017. He was appointed as representative of Business Market since August 2017. When CrowdWorks established an investment subsidiary, he keenly felt the need to revitalize the investment and M&A market in Japan through sourcing activities for investment and M&A projects. With this as an opportunity to revitalize the market, launched the business succession support platform "Bizma" that supports the resolution of business issues of Japanese small and medium-sized enterprises.

He served as a lecturer and assistant professor at Hitotsubashi University’s Faculty of Commerce in 1992 and 1996, respectively, and then as visiting professor at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy before joining Hitotsubashi University’s Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy in 2000. He took up his current position in 2010.
